What are the limitations to be a Canadian Skilled Worker?


Canada has been the country oriented towards developments and opportunities. Are there any specifications for being a Skilled Worker?

Ø  The candidate has to obtain a minimum score of 67 points out of 100 which are based on age, qualification, and work experience and language ability. If the candidate gets the score below 67, then the applicant does not qualify for travelling to Canada as a skilled worker but they can opt for any other visa program.
Ø  The candidate has to be proficient in either of the languages of Canada; i.e. either English or French.
Ø  Though job offer isn’t mandatory, but if he/she has a Canadian job offer or is an international student with enrollment in PhD program in Canada or having a PhD from a Canadian University, then these can help in being a skilled worker.
Ø  The candidate needs to have a valid work experience of at least one year. Also the work experience has to be listed under the National Occupation Classification (NOC).
After meeting the eligibility factors of Canada Skilled Occupation, the candidate has to provide enough funds for supporting him and any dependents for the arrival in Canada. Then, according to the ranking in the Express Entry pool and high CRS score are provided with an Invitation to apply (ITA) from Canada. Also, he and his family have to undergo for a medical examination for security purpose.
